Yes. Most clients choose 7pm–2am or before 6am. We can also clean during business hours if preferred.
How is pricing structured?
Per square foot per visit, adjusted for frequency, restrooms, and floor types. You get one flat monthly invoice.
Can you provide COIs?
Yes, within one business day. Send us your building requirements at signup.
What if we open a second location?
New locations are added to the same monthly invoice with the same SLA. Rates scale down as your total footage grows.
